PCE is proud to announce the launch of a new project titled “The Importance of Information on Pancreatic Cancer for the General Public in Belgium”, which is now officially underway and funded by the Loterie Nationale / Nationale Loterij.
This initiative aims to address a critical need: ensuring that everyone – from the general public to healthcare professionals – has access to clear, reliable, and multilingual information about pancreatic cancer.
About the Project
Pancreatic cancer remains one of the most challenging cancers to detect and treat, largely due to late diagnosis and low public awareness. This project will empower Belgian communities by improving knowledge around early symptoms, available support, and healthy lifestyle choices related to pancreatic health.
By developing educational materials in Belgium’s three national languages – French, Flemish, and German – and distributing them widely, we aim to make accurate and life-saving information accessible to all.
