ResCPa Study

Project Summary:

PDAC is currently the third most common cause of cancer-related deaths in men and women, and the incidence of this disease has been steadily increasing by approximately 1% each year in both genders. Despite some advances in the treatment of PDAC patients still have a poor prognosis. Novel pancreatic cancer therapies are substantially needed to offer improved outcomes and quality of life to the patients. CD318-targeted CAR-T cell therapy is a rational, precision medicine guided, novel treatment approach for PDAC patients that could potentially increase survival while reducing the severity of side effects of current chemotherapies.

To study feasibility, safety and efficacy of CD318-targeted CAR-T cell immunotherapy against metastatic or locally advanced pancreatic cancer in a multi-centric phase I/IIa clinical study.

PCE is ensuring that the patients’ perspective is represented in the study.
